Joining the Program
The purpose of an affiliate program is to give you the ability to advertise our website, Classroom, and products and to receive a commission on the products purchased by your referred individuals.
By signing up for the Expanding Wisdom Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them. By filling out the signup form, you will become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement.
Expanding Wisdom Responsibilities
Expanding Wisdom commits to publishing quality products, courses, and resources that you can have full confidence in and never have to think twice about sharing with your valued readers and customers. We also commit to processing affiliate payouts in a timely and honest manner. We are truly interested in your success. In the Affiliate center, you will find a list of links to podcasts and articles that can help you make the most of affiliate sharing. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Affiliate Responsibilities
It is understood that as you introduce Expanding Wisdom’s products and courses that you will comply with all laws that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws.
Either you or Expanding Wisdom may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during your time enrolled as an affiliate. Expanding Wisdom reserves the right to make change the program at any time.
Affiliate Relationship
This Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors who love what we are doing at Expanding Wisdom and want to be part of it. Thinking of our program as an extension of your love of our products and services is the best frame of mind for being a successful affiliate. Expanding Wisdom makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Expanding Wisdom will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Expanding Wisdom is serious about presenting all we publish in a spirit of integrity. Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
- Illegal spamming (undesired mass email, spammy mass newsgroup posting, etc.)
- Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
- Violation of intellectual property rights (Publishing large portions of course content)
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised “offline” in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
Affiliate Tracking
When an individual clicks through your affiliate link, a 90 day cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser.
Terms of the agreement
These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by Expanding Wisdom at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, you are free to terminate your affiliate account at any time. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, etc. While we do take quality products that really meet the needs of our customers, we do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at The Classroom. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
By creating an Expanding Wisdom affiliate account at The Expanding Wisdom Affiliate Login/SignUp Center, you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
