Meet Dara!
Dara Weaver is a second generation homeschooler who has graduated all three of her children. She began the homeschool journey with her children in 2006 after discovering Susan Wise Bauer’s book The Well Trained Mind and started the Paideia Fellowship homeschool community with Jennifer (Dow) Souza in 2012. An avid reader her whole life, she is now enrolled in Belmont Abbey College studying for a degree in English and Great Books (with a Health minor) and is also enrolled in the Circe Institute Teaching Apprenticeship. Her interests include nutrition and herbalism, gardening, curriculum and co-op development, writing, teaching the humanities, and contemplating what it means to be holistically human.
