$0.00

This is a complete and scripted mimetic lesson plan on how to write a strong thesis statement, with a lesson introduction for the teacher and a student handout. Examples (or types) are taken from ‘To Kill a Mockingbird,’ by Harper Lee. This particular lesson plan is designed for a 9th grade 80 minute English class in a small group, co-op, or school setting. As a bonus, this is the lesson I taught which got me hired at one of the best liberal arts high schools in my state.

Note: This lesson plan does assume some familiarity with mimetic teaching. If mimetic teaching is new to you, learn more on our blog and on the CiRCE Institute website.
