Thank you for reaching out! Currently, this course is down. We found it needed to be broken up a bit more. The How to Teach the Humanities course is one place to go if learning how to teach the language liberal arts if of interest to you. Let me know if I can answer any more questions!

Yes! I would recommend signing up for the interested families and the Find a Group Page on scholegroups.com. In addition, join any groups on Facebook or other forums for homeschoolers in your area and begin asking around. Often times moms are interested, but not sure where to begin. Some have found that starting a “Scholé Sisters” book club is an…[Read more]

I have not written a comparison of the two but they do differ in many ways! I will need to do that. Many have asked this same question!

Hi Karla, it’s great to hear from you. I will be offering more this summer. It is, unfortunately, taking longer to launch than originally anticipated. But you are one of the first people on my list to tell as soon as we go live! 🙂

That is a great question. I find that narration is the best place to begin. Have you read To Know and Tell by Karen Glass?

Hi Michelle, thank you for your comment and question. This is a great question and one with a lot of layers. I would first is to pray and specifically ask for the people. Second, grow at the pace of the people you have available, and third, put a marketing plan in place. If you are interested in digging deeper into these steps I would be happy to…[Read more]

Other than a computer, you will need to download Zoom, which is a free video conferencing plugin. A link to download this is in the welcome email. I did just adjust the dates for this course. We are now…[Read more]

I am glad it was helpful! Also, great question. My personal practice is to continue memorizing facts as an ongoing thread, while also continuing to introduce new concepts. I find it helpful to put the memorization goals on a schedule, that way it does not fall by the wayside and your student continue to make consistent progress.
