FBL 01: Learning in Community

Hello friends! Did you know? Expanding Wisdom is now hosting LIVE video events where we answer your questions about classical teaching and homeschooling!

We have only done a few, but are having so much fun! Every Friday at 4:00pm EST I go live from my Facebook Page and talk about something related to Classical Education. Sometimes it is a topic I want to talk about, but most of the time I am answering YOUR questions. I would love for you to join us!

To participate in the LIVE events head over to the Expanding Wisdom Facebook Page, ‘Like’ our page, click on the ‘Videos‘ link, and select the ‘feature video’. Once you do, you will see a ‘Live Subscribe’ button in the top right corner of the video. Click on that and you will be notified of all up and coming Expanding Wisdom Facebook Live events the minute I go live. Here is what it looks like when you are on the video page.

What if you miss a Facebook Live event? No worries. All of the Facebook Live events will remain on the Expanding Wisdom Facebook page in the feed and video sections.

What if you are not on Facebook? No worries! I will be posting each Facebook Live event in a blog post and in our Classical Teaching Library by the end of day Friday whenever we have an event.

So, without further ado, here is our first Facebook Live Recording ‘FBL 01: Learning in Community’, where I discuss the joy and beauty of community, why learning in community has changed my life forever, and three important lessons I had to learn the hard way about why learning in community is so important.
